blinking

I have a 2002 Explorer XLT 4.0 I found that the fuse to the PCM was loose causing intermittent power to the PCM . I believe this caused PATS to go into theft mode I have fixed the fuse problem but now it still blinks rapidly and I can't get it to stop . What can I do now ?

I haven’t run any codes yet but my O/D light just started blinking. The previous owner replaced the transmission and I am wondering what potential issues I might be looking at. Again, I am sure I’ll know more after running codes.
