fix?

So I was doing a quick fix, on my 2002 x 4.6l 2v 2wd ... so I thought, so I torn down the engine to change a week right timing tensioner.. ( so I didn't set timing) I clamp the cam on right side and took off tensioner and it F** spun on me in the clamp. My clamp had failed me.. what i need to do...
