    Headlight alignment for 1992 explorer

    I have a '92 explorer and I installed some new headlights. And they are facing too low to the ground can anyone tell me how I can align them? I appreciate any input, thanks in advance.

    Failed safety inspection

    Hello, I just got back from the gas station in Northern Virginia where they failed my 2000 Explorer. I feel like they are feeding me some B/S by saying I need my headlights adjusted with a special machine that costs $16 each side. Anyone ever heard of this or know how to adjust them...
