    I have a problem starting up.

    howdy all, new guy here. having a problem with start up and wondering if anybody else has had this prob. i have a 99 exp xlt 4x4 with a sohc 4.0, it takes a couple tries to get it started and once it starts it runs fine however, on a quick restart it fires up no problem. it seems like a fuel...
