    Display will not open to change Map DVD

    Hello, I just purchased a navigation unit from a 2006 Mountaineer that was in an accident and installed into my 2006 Explorer. The navigation and radio work fine. My problem is that the Display Screen does not open so I can update the map DVD. Any suggestions?
