poor idle

My 2004 Explorer XLT had poor idle, it felt like the engine was shaking. I recently changed the spark plugs, sparkplug wires, cleaned the throttle, and oil change. I tought it will make the idle smooth but it didn't. It still rough when im at a stop or parked. Any suggestions on what i need to do ?
