    Ground fault in Power distrib box 99 Explorer

    Chasing a "cranks but won't start" problem, I think I found a short to ground between the fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay. The relay is fine and I get spark when cranking. The pump doesn't whir. I did not check pressure or fuel filter. Want to tackle the shorts first. With the key off...
