    06 XLT Power Point Problem

    I have an 06 XLT w/149k miles.. runs like new except the power points do not put out enough voltage to charge a phone... tested voltage and they are only 10.5 -11.2 instead of 12 volts needed to charge. This began when the original battery died in 2010 and the dealer put in a new battery...

    I just got my first Explorer (a 2006 XLT) on Monday. We love it, but we discovered yesterday that neither of the power points appear to be functioning. I looked at the fuses (#21 and #25 ) and both of them appear to be good. Can anyone think of a reason why both power points would be dead at...
