I have a 2004 Explorer and when I make a left or right turn onto say another road there is a rough vibrating sound during the turn, this is more so when I make a sharp turn either in forward or reverse. This sound subsided when I'm going straight or the angle of the turn is a lot less...
I heard a funny noise come from my truck as i moved it behind my job so i can leave it warming up... The sound quickly stopped but later on I noticed my steering was rough. It feels as if the power steering still working but as you move it left or right its get stiff then loose again... I know...
