    Tail Light Out, Brake Lights Work

    I'm totally lost on how to fix this problem. I've searched the forums, so forgive me if I'm just not proficient enough to run across what I needed.... That said, my tail lights are out, but the brake lights work. I've got a 1998 Explorer. I know it's a dual use bulb, so i replaced them...
