So my 95 Ford Explorer is having issues yet again. This time I believe it's the fuel pump. Went to see if mine had the secret hatch under the carpet of the 2nd row of seats and found this. Hi! It's been awhile but I need some help identifying this. The cap is loose and just placed on it. The other picture shows what looks like to me that the cap broke off inside. Does anyone know what this is? And what kind of issues or problems it may cause? Also maybe on how to fix it? Thanks!
