    wont start when it is wet out

    i have a 92 explorer 4x4 5 speed. it has over 300,000 miles on it. My problem is when ever it rains or it is humid out the truck runs like **** or in todays case it just wont start. it has power, it will turn over but it wont fire up it will just sit there and turn over. im thinking somthing has...
