    Fuse that protects another fuse..Weird?

    Hey guys so heres what I'm looking at. 2004 ford explorer XLT in my central junction box I have no power at fuse f2.28 and f2.29. Both circuits are dead. So f2.27 fuse protects the DTR 28 protects radio and f2.29 protects f2.28 and the DTR... What am I not understanding? Why does one fuse...
