02 4x4 Explorer, Hello, did I just pay way to much for my service

I had my serpentine belt replaced and my oil filter adapter gasket replaced, $400 in labor, I went to the local Ford dealer.

Welcome to this forum! The belt is an easy thing to replace. I don't know why they would replace the oil filter adapter gasket. I've never seen one leak. Either way, the parts are not that expensive. How much does this place charge per hour for labor since both could be done within one hour?
