02 sensors: both bank 2 sensors reporting only 0.6-0.9 v

Hi guys,

My ScanTool is reporting that both bank 2 oxygen sensors are reporting voltages between 0.6 and 0.9 volts and spend a lot of the time "stuck" on one voltage, usually within .01 volts of each other.

So while bank 1 sensors are jumping from 0.1 to 0.9 like nobody's business the bank 2 sensors are sluggish and I haven't seen them dip below 0.6 volts.

Time for new sensors or is this normal?

Sensors 2 have a higher constant voltage than Sensors 1. Sensors 1 should bounce up and down constantly.
