02 Sport, 5spd, chatter at 40-50mph

Hey guys, I've had my Sport for a few days now, and I've noticed that I get a chatter/rattle between 40 and 50 mph, regardless of what gear I'm in. It doesn't really sound like an engine or drivetrain noise, but like the body is loose from the frame, if that makes any sense. I'm pretty sure I need to replace the rear shocks because on a bumpy road, it feels like my teeth may rattle out of my head (sightly exaggerated). But what could cause the vehicle to chatter between 40-50 mph, even though it's smooth as silk up to that point, and beyond? I would think if it was the shocks, the rattling would get progressively worse based on speed

Twan did you ever find an answer for this?? My 2008 Sport Trac has the exact same issue. I replaced transfer case and torque converter to no avail, problem still persists. Losing my mind!

Usually drive line problems show up at those speeds (u-joints).
