'04 Explorer 4WD rear heat blowing cold

Our rear heat is blowing cold. We had a mechanic flush the rear heater core, but no change. He said he thinks possibly a door is not opening allowing hot air through the system. Any experience and fixes for this?

there is a blend door actuator that needs to be replaced. there was a previous thread on it. . .haven't done it myself sorry. looks easy enough.

Thanks VERY much. I just need to find the actuator and get this thing swapped out.
