Im not sure an 04 has an IAC
04 should be drive by wire so the computer controls the idle.

Ok. I took it to Autozone and had them check with there computer. And it said : Code PO506..Idle air control systems revolutions per minute lower than expected. Then went inside and they showed the part ,but could not find where it was located. So then I went to the Ford dealer and asked them and they said the part was $88.00 ( Part # 9f715 ). And even gave me a print out of it. But after looking at there print out I still could not see the part. So my question is how can I get my Check Engine Light Off and get the truck to idle right? And is there something I can do to the drive by wire and computer to control the idle???

Ford has tsb to reprogram pcm for this code due to sludge in throttlebody. You can try cleaning the throttlebody which should fix this problem. If not get pcm reprogrammed thru Ford.
