Yesterday in the middle of this heatwave (while stuck in traffic) I suddenly got a cat urine smell and heard a belt noise which went away after about 5 seconds. AC stopped throwing cold air. Looked under the hood and can see strips of material hanging from the inner part of the compressor pulley. I'm shopping around for a new compressor kit and keep seeing "with rear AC" and "without rear AC". How can I tell which one I have. My mounty is a 4.0 luxury model

If you have the rear AC, you'd have controls in the overhead console. If you don't have them, then you don't have it. And I may even go so far as to say if you have to ask, you probably don't have it.

Yes I do have 2 knobs overhead that control temp and fan speed for the rear. Thanks for the reply. I asked because I didn't see an actual a/c button on the rear controls so I wasn't sure.

Do you have the rear vent in the roof liner for the second and third row ?

You have dual zone AC :)
