Thanks everybody for your help with my bleeding issues finaly got it. but now I have another problem, I may have damaged the shift linkage because I had trouble pulling the tranny out and may have damaged somthing I cant get it to shift into 5 or reverse 1 through 4 works great can anybody offer some solutions

Disconnect the shifter where the three torx head bolts hold it to the top of the trans. Once you do that, look down into where the shifter fork goes into the top of the trans- there are a couple spring slides that have to be aligned in a certain manner so that you can hit all the gears when putting the shifter back on. If one is slid up or down, the trans is basically shifted in 5th or Reverse, and you cant get it to move out installing the shifter like this. You should be able to pop the slide spring back into the correct place with a screwdriver and a little pressure- look at the 1-2 spring slide and match the 5-R to it.

Tried but no luck, side spring is not releasing to move up into 5th or down into reverse
