1000 bucks burning a hole in my pocket

been saving for months now behind my wifes back and have about $1000.00 to spend. i would like to add a little performance to my 1999 limited v8 awd. where is my money best spent? i know its a very general question allowing for subjective answers but, i do not know where to start.

there is a foundation out there... it's a charitable foundation, the Ma foundation. Basically any donations go towards helping promote explorers to little boys and girls... LOL j/k, seriously if you want more performance and what you've got it $1000 you may want to do the basics... better headers, free-flow cats, and a wider exhaust. And if you've got money left over, a superchip .

Hmmm, 1000.00 to spend on my V8 would be the Superchip, cat-back exhaust, K&N filter and headers. I think thats around 1000.00! Check out ExplorerExpress.com....I'd call them to get their catalog which is better in details.
