Hi all, my Mountaineer 4.0 AWD is nearing 150k, runs perfect, I am looking to do some service, plugs, wires, fluids, ect. My question is the trans fluid. I have no idea if it has ever been changed, my manual recommends the flush at 150k but I have heard it can cause problems. Since there is no way to check the fluid I feel like it should be changed, especially given all the problems I hear about with this trans.
