1991 Ford Ranger 4.0 reg cab, wont start.

I parked it 6 mo ago, and Did DMV non op, it wont pass smog.
I parked it with purpose to remove the bed to replace fuel pump and take a look at the return lines etc.
I would start it e ery 2 weeks or so.
Now, it wont start. I nave no diognostic equip. Etc.
I put in 5 gal fresh gas, removed the bed, changed the fuel pump, changed all 3 relays Wot,ECC, Fuel Pump.relays on right front fender , located undrr the big fuse box. Then . Fixed up the old small cracked broken vacuem lines . Any ideas.
Currently checking for spark, be back.,george

Do you hear the fuel pump relay click and the fuel pump run for a few seconds? Use a paperclip on the eec test port for the check engine light to display any codes in the ecm. A video is worth a thousand words....

im sure this will sound like a dumb suggestion, but.... did you check your battery? maybe it went low from the truck just sitting there. or maybe a light got left on or something happened to drain the battery?
