1993 Ranger 4x4 Cheap Offroad mods???

Well I just bought a 1993 Ranger Splash 4x4 (reg cab) and am looking to do some really cheap offroad and tow friendly mods to it. Preferrably junkyard mods to keep thing to a REAL cheap minimum. This vehicle will only see mild towing use (tandem jetski's or quad in the bed), minor fun offroading use, and winter daily driving. Any ideas???

As some of you may know I am a frequent flier of the Need For Speed section, I own my own Performance shop, and have a Kenne Bell supercharged Explorer that is pushing quite a bit of horsepower among a few other higher hp vehicles. Based upon that I am obviously no stranger to very custom work. I would rather put the design, welding, wrenching, and wiring time in than spend money to do something to this truck. Any options of offroad/tow mods that I can either do myself or swaps from other vehicles in junkyards? Anything I may do with this vehicle will basically be on ZERO BUDGET (ok, not ZERO but verrrrrrrrry low). If you could point me to any websites that have allot of used parts and junk from these trucks I would be very interested.

Any advice on:

used or cheap offroadable rims
tires
suspension lifts
body lifts
custom grilleguards
etc, etc, etc...

???

Keep an eye on rrorc, there's always alot of real cheap used parts there, and you're in the right part of the country.

Also, craigslist is good for parts.
