1994 Chrysler LHS weird Knocking

hey, i was just given a Chrysler LHS and when you start it up there is a knocking just under the passenger side floor. it then goes away till you rev up the engine, when it goes back to normal idling it knocks for a few seconds. i thought at first that maybe the exhaust was moving around and hitting something but the exhaust is in the middle of the car. i haven't drove it on the road yet, but when you go over a bump and knocks aswell.
Any ideas??

get it on a ramp or axle stands and have a look underneath... that's your best bet

i put it up on the ramps and started it up and there was no knocking :S couldn't find anything so i pulled it off the ramps and the knocking was back
