1995 Ex. XLT Limited bumper compatibility

Which model year front bumpers can be relatively easily swapped onto a mid-year 1995 Exlorer XLT Limited, with the huge plastic POS with the rectangular fog lights? Can any of the chromed metal ones be used, or am I stuck with plastic?

Also, what year range(s) is the rear bumper swappable with?
And then, which years used the same lower trim pieces in front of the ends of the bumper (These are the small, foot-long snap on panels)?

Both were damaged by previous owners, and I'm not thrilled about my bumpers being at weird angles.

Alright, never mind the rear bumper, an 8 pound sledge will make them all fit.

I still need to know about the front bumper though.

I believe you can swap them all, you could swap a 99-01 bumper if you wanted they look nice too but the bumper isn't a 1piece design like 95-98. So there for if you want an easy swap you can do 95-98 The chrome ones with the fog light valance already connected.
