1996 2wd explorer lifted shocks

I’m planning on putting a 4” spindle lift and 3” keys should I go with the rough country 7-8 front shocks or 4-5.5 shocks I want to get a little extra height out of them lmk what y’all think

Put the lift on. Flex it fully and measure, then buy shocks.
