1996 Explorer Eddie B 4X4

I was just informed that the whole bottom of my truck is rusted bad. Body is great and only 50,000 miles. Would it be cheaper to get a donor truck and swap the brakes and leaf spring brackets over to mine. I have the 2 piston calipers an ABS 4 disc brakes. I found an 96 XLT that looks the same. Would they be the same parts before I buy ? Also The EB has 16 inch rims that are rusted bad, will the 15 inch from the XLT fit my Eddie B.

Well it was poop or get off the pot

I got off the pot and meet a friend of mine. Only needed one caliper for the R/R..And new pads for the rear.Found out my emergency brakes no longer exists on my truck , they all fell out when we pulled of the rotor. LOL. So I took my first of many steps. Then took it to another buddy for on sly inspection. Good for 2 yrs...
