Hi guys - need your help
Have 1996 XLT With A fuel Gauge that goes from full with the key on (Tank has 3/4 fuel in it) to half way with key off/out.
Things I have Tryed.
Have put in new Fuse - didn't need a fuse - Still same problem.
Have put in new Gauge - Still same problem.
Have put in new anti Slosh module - Still same problem.
Have unpluged fuel line wire link at fuel tank - Still same problem.
Have tested yellow/white Ground wire - Ground is good - Still same problem
Have removed Battery to reset Computer - Still same problem
Have removed/swap fuel pump relay - Still same problem
Have tested fuel reset switch - Still same problem
Have taken it to ford stealership - They don't have a clue - They tryed to tell me it was the fuse and they could fix it for $80 - I smiled and walked out - come on ford even my dog knows what a fuse cost and where to put it - Any help would be great guys - maybe a wire diagram please?
