1997 Explorer engine swap

I've got a 1997 Explorer with a seized 4L OHV V-6. Will a 4L SOHC V-6 be a feasible swap, or should I stick to the OHV V-6?

Besides the fact that you'd have to change the ECU, much of the under hood wiring and maybe parts of the exhaust system, I'd stick with the OHV 4.0L over the SOHC any day. The SOHC makes a bit more horse power, but it is prone to timing chain problems. It's not a matter of if you will have problems but when.
