1999 Explorer Limited, Has a Bass sound at idle Especial when cold

I have a 1999 limited SOHC and I am in Colorado. The explorer originally came from Florida. i bought it with 28k miles and had the IAC valve replaced. i think thats what it was called. Ever since then I get a BASS like sound at idle and when its cold. People ask me if I have a subwoofer when they are in my car. I have 63k miles now and it got better for awhile, and now its back. I just did a full Spark plug and wire tune up as well as air filter oil change etc. I keep it very well maintained. Any Ideas?

If so, its your IAC. If not its something else.

No it doesnt sound like that

Its more of a intense vibrating sound when in the cabin. It comes and goes, and is there mostl when the car is cold....I had the AIC valve replaced less then a year ago.
Any help?
