I'm having a gear change issue, nothing too major though. I have been reading a lot of posts on here about how to find out which gearbox I have. Now according to the UK specifications it should be a 4sp box, however many have said it's got a 5sp (auto) The transmission code is D and according to the info I found on this site that means this: D (1997-2005) ..... A5LDE / 5R44/55 so which gearbox do I have or is it a case of it could have 1 of 3 different boxes on? Any help would be appreciated.
