First off, is it Grille or Grill? Grilles or Grills?

I have a ultra strip-down 92 X that I just got back on the road. I wanna install a Limited Grill(e?), but I also wanna know if anyone has installed some billet aluminum inserts in there. If so, what brand/make/model did you use?
I'm thinking it will have to be something VERY thin, so that 4-5 bars would fit in the upper area, and 2-3 in the lower area.
Anyone got any suggestions?
