2" coil spacers?

i know where they go and how it lifts the suspension but doesn't it throw the camber off? i thought it would make the tires go like this \ / ?

yes they will slightly go like \ /, an alignment is all that will fix.

Yes you will need an alignment. Not jsut any alignment either. Quoted prices rarely include camber adjustments. Often you will need new camber bshings also.
