2 Questions... Emergency Brake and Turn Signal

Hey whats up guys.

So for some reason my Emergency brake light comes on by itself right after shifting and some times while accelerating? Any Ideas?

Also my right turn signal hardly ever works and when it does there is a wierd noise coming from the steering wheel column area on the left side? Any Ideas?

Any help will be greatfully appreciated.

Is the weird noise kind of like a ratcheting gear - almist kind of like a buzzer sound?
