2000 4.0 when cold idles as 500 rpm

I have been trying to resolve this isssue for awhile now. My 2000 ford explorer sohc 4.0. When it chili out the car is shaky and idle between 500 and 800 rpms Almost dying. I have cleaned the MAF SENSOR with crc sensor cleaner it has a new air filter fuelfilter I just installed and the engine code its reading is po174. How many possible areas could this mean.

driver side vacuum leak?

Check for vacuum leaks on the driver side. Intake manifold vacuum lines
