Did you get this resolved? If not, what engine maintenance was done?

Both banks lean codes, is typically a vac leak. You could check to make sure your fuel pressure is ~60PSI+ but since it happened after maintenance, I'd guess something disturbed, popped a vac hose off or one cracked, or intake manifold gaskets are leaking.
