2001 4.0 SOHC 4x4 Sport Multiple Codes

Recently pulled engine and replaced rear timing chain and guides. After that replaced Throttle Position Sensor. The truck had an "episode" the other day. heater fan stopped working, Oil gauge dropped pressure and lost temp power...never stalled out...gauge came back and starts and runs...cuts out at about 3000 rpm...doesn't die...getting P1506, P0122, and P1121 at the same time...any ideas?

P1506 is engine idle out of spec, P0122 is TPS reporting too low in the voltage range, P1121 is electronic throttle control actuator fault or wiring issue. I'd think a TPS issue, but I'm somewhat new at this.
