On engine start up, Temp Gauge on '01 Explorer pegs below the bottom of the gauge. As engine warms up, gauge rises to bottom of range and does not rise further to middle of range as normal. Coolant level is normal, heater works as normal, so what could cause gauge to function in this manner.
