2001 Ranger XLT access door frozen (Drivers side).

Just got a 2001 Ranger XLT Extended 4x4. Driver's side access door frozen shut at bottom latch (top OK). I have the panel off, have WD'd and sprayed as much as I can from inside and also the access hole on post... any suggestions on how to get it open greatly appreciated! If I can get at the torx, I can replace...

How'd you get the panel off?

Taking off panel

Pulled the top panel (little one over the upper latch) and then pulled at each point where the clips were holding. Replaced all the clips (PartsAmerica) and reinstalled after replacing the latches!
