2001 sport trac idle issues

hey guys and gals new here to the forum and i am having a trouble that i can hopefully get resolved with your help. I am having a low idle (about 500 RPMs) drives great normally no issues no leaks only idles slightly rough when at a red light or parked, cold or hot. I want to get this fixed before any other problems arise. any help is greatly appreciated.

Also i was wondering if i should be worried about excessive condensation drip from the a/c. it usually puddles up pretty fast if its on. thanks again everyone
