2002 4.0 oil leak

Ok I just picked up a 2002 v6 explorer on trade about a month ago and I've got a oil leak I'm trying to chase down and fix and am looking for help and advice. It is at the back of the motor and seems to only be when it's running. It ends up on both sides of the exhaust and burns off. I've put a bottle of the bars leaks rear main seal in it and it seems to have maybe helped but not enough. Motor is quite besides a bit of a pulley squeal. Just had the radiator and thermostat housing replaced
