I'm Frank Ray, in Austin, TX. I bought an '02 XLT Explorer in 2004. The extended warranty is about to expire, and I'm looking for support so that I can run it as long as possible.
This site is quite similar to the one I use to maintain my 1987 Yamaha Venture Motorcycle, and that's been an enormous help. Those guys are fearless.
I'm having a bit of A/C fan vibration from the front blower. Not too bad on speeds 1 or 2, but getting very loud on 3 or 4. I'm searching for instructions on removing the fan & motor, but so far haven't found anything very helpful. I'm sure it's in her somewhere.
