Above is a video of a problem I am having with my 2002 Explorer. The heat has stopped working, and when I switch the gauge to warm, I can hear a loud clicking noise coming from behind the dash. Has anybody had this problem before? I have done some research and think it may be the blend door actuator but don't know for sure. Any help is appreciated very much.
