Hello,
Thinks have been going well. We have about 100 miles on the truck from when we changed out the T case fluid so far so good. Just letting you know if some of you have flowed that pose..
OK now the question! I have the long cab 4X4 model and an a little concerned about something I have see when under it.. The gas tank is plastic with no skids on my model what I have see is that the small front part of the tank that goes over the cross member.. The tank rests on this cross member.. The straps appear to have protection of some kind between the tank and the straps but I don't think the front of the tank should be resting on the cross member with out any protection between it and the tank.. Do I need to tighten my gas tank strap till the front of the tank lifts of the cross member? Can some of you with the same truck have a look see for me and let me know how tours sets as far as the gas tank and cross member goes.. I don't want to wear a hole in the tank if I can help it!
