2003 Explorer Column Shifter Part

I am looking for a replacement Column Shifter Boot/Cover. This is a rubber/plastic looking cover/boot that goes over the Shifter and around the Key Cylinder. Looked all over the web to no avail. Went to local Ford Dealer they said it only comes with the Column Shifter $75.00 not a seperate part. Does anybady know what this part is exactly called and where I can possibly get one besides a Salvage Yard.

Probably the best place to find one of these would be a salvage yard.

Your parts guys are lazy. You can get it as a separate part. I got one for mine since it was tearing. I don't remember the part number but it was packaged separate. But so you know it will only last about a year and be in the same torn condition. That is all the longer mine lasted before it looked the same. Really cheap poor design. And unless you find one from a new ex that is wrecked chances are they will all be in the same condition
