Changed my tires recently and notice a "skidding" sensation after the truck has been driven for about 15-20 miles. Until that mileage, I notice nothing.

It seems as though once I drive that distance I start feeling the sensation like the tranny is slipping or something. I don't think it's the tranny as its been rebuilt recently plus was fine until the new tires were installed.

I have heard about these auto 4wd's doing something like this after new tires are put on, especially when only having two installed instead of four, but I not only had four put on but they are the called for factory size, were balanced, and an alignment was done.

I have no idea what way to even start here with diagnosing this let alone correcting it. It almost feels like something is going to "blow out" once it starts doing this so I basically baby the throttle and it sort of settles down. It almost feels like the AWD system is kicking on and off very quickly.:salute:

I'm at a loss.
