2004 CSM Keyless module locations?

Where is the Keyless fob (CSM) Module located or mounted on my 2004 Explorer Eddie Bauer edition?

All of my fobs stopped working all a once. The keypad on the door still works and I can see the security light on the dash is still blinking. I have tried to reprogram the fobs but the module will not go into program mode once I turn the ignition on and off 8 times in a row.

Passenger side rear. If you pull back the panel and look right past the seat belt going in from the Right Rear door you'll see it in there. It would be hard to access and swap without pulling the panel.
