2004 explorer - dirty fuel system

A Sears service center informed that I need to clean my fuel system.
The following codes came up during the diagnoses: P0191 & P0463
I was told by an AutoZone employee to just change the Fuel Filter.
Any suggestions? Please help.

I have a 4L V6 FlexFuel.

start with the fuel filter, if it's the same issue then the fuel pump module might be toast.
