I'm still currently having this problem, and I'm really not sure what could be causing it. It is starting to become more frequent. i drive a 2004 v8 4x4 Explorer xlt and i am having a problem with my engine missing intermittently when i'm driving at a consistent speed above 55mph. there are no dash lights that come on when this happens, but my rpms go from 1900/2000 rpms to 2200/2400 rpms then back down to 1900/2000 rpms when this happens. i don't use my cruise control, i thought it was the gas i was using at first, but now i'm stumped. could this be caused by the spark plugs? i've also notice at times i have moisture coming out of the exhaust pipe. any thoughts/help with this problem would be great, Thanks!
